This is the first plant in India with German Technology. This plant uses a BHS Rotor Impact mill which is a high-performance crusher with a vertical shaft. The rotor impact mill enables us to achieve a high reduction ratio and excellent particle shape. Our manufactured sand goes through a triple filtration process which includes air classification followed by dust filtration and washing. This results in reduction in dust (75 micron) up to 0 to 2 percent. PFA the sieve analysis report for your reference. The result is less cement consumption.

Depicting the sieves Various sieves from 4.75mm to 150 micron are used to determine the passing percentage of each size material. The sand must be of proper gradation (it should have particles from 150 microns to 4.75 mm in proper proportion) There is standard specification for Fine aggregates (Sand). It is divided in four Zone 1, Zone II, ivided in four gradations. Generally known as Designation for each grade. Gradation is made as per the use of the sand. There are testing sieves for testing the sand. A set of Sieves with square hole is available. Following are the sieves MM 4.75 mm, 2.365, 1.1830, 600 microns, 300 microns, 150 microns.

Sieves of various sizes from 4.75 mm to 75 micron.

All batches of production are tested on a daily basis.
